Recommended for: This started years ago as a blend of Jack & English Cheddar mixed into the original Super Shit.  Truth be told, in powder form, the Jack really didn't add much- so we reformulated with only White English Cheddar.  We loved Jack's name....so it remains!!  Great table condiment on everything.  Doesn't like high heat, so keep it on the table rather than by the stove.
