Flavor Profile: Southwestern Dips & Salsas All-Purpose Seasoning
Perfect for a whipping up a quick dip!
Recommended for: Decidedly Southwestern....there's cumin, garlic, real lime juice, green onions and just a touch of habanero, jalapeño, cayenne and a bit of cilantro (BTW- it's dried, so you "it tastes like soap" super tasters will be okay too). Great if you want to make a quick dip. Add 1–2 tablespoons to canned tomatoes, pinto beans or black beans (do not drain the liquid). If you insist- do that sour cream thing too. Mix it in chicken soup....and voila....Southwestern Chicken Soup has been created!! Top with tortilla chips & cheese. Try it in scrambled eggs with a little shredded cheese, breakfast potatoes & in hamburgers! We make a simple salad of diced cucumbers, avocados, tomatoes and Dip Shit. It has just enough heat to qualify for "zesty" but not enough to be off-putting to gringos.
