Recommended for: Incredible mixed with butter & spread on fish such as salmon or mahi mahi.  Mix with mayo for an aoli. Try in soup, scrambled eggs and mashed potatoes. This one has real pedigree....hence two names for the same seasoning.  It is great on fresh oysters.  Let it sit a minute and the liqueurs of the oyster meld well with the horseradish and the crunchy onions.  You can then banish that glob of ketchup from your oyster top!  And if you are a Bloody Mary drinker....mix it in....oooh la la!
